Formar parte de la Caja Forense de La Pampa significa incorporarse a una instituci\u00f3n pensada exclusivamente para proteger el esfuerzo y asegurar el futuro previsional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que la gesti\u00f3n de tu alta de inscripci\u00f3n sea \u00e1gil y clara, detallamos a continuaci\u00f3n la documentaci\u00f3n que deb\u00e9s presentar de forma obligatoria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foto carnet: Una unidad en tama\u00f1o 4&#215;4.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00edtulo profesional: Copia de tu t\u00edtulo de Abogado\/a o Procurador\/a, debidamente certificada ante escribano p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DNI: Una copia simple.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formulario de Solicitud de Afiliaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formulario de Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada de Salud.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examen m\u00e9dico: Este requisito corresponde \u00fanicamente si el o la interesada es mayor de 41 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los formularios se encuentran unificados en un \u00fanico archivo de descarga.
